Grief affects everyone differently, and no one should have to navigate loss alone.
This biweekly, 8-week grief workshop offers a supportive and compassionate space for individuals who have experienced the death of their spouse. Participants will gather every other week to reflect, learn, and connect with others who understand the complexities of grief as a widow/widower.
Through guided discussion, gentle activities, and practical tools, this workshop helps participants better understand the grieving process, express emotions safely, and develop healthy coping strategies. Each session allows time for reflection between meetings, supporting personal growth at an individual pace.
Whether your loss is recent or from years past, this workshop provides a meaningful opportunity for healing, connection, and renewal—together.
